Valinso is one of OTI’s partners in Europe. Established in 2010, Valinso offers an all-inclusive payment and telemetry package. We have integrated our in-house developed solutions with the OTI and telemetry units. Without adding any hardware, we provide solutions for open loop payments, telemetry, closed user group payments and management, as well as for online, QR code and mobile app payments.
To complete the service to our customers we serve as Master Merchants and provide them with top-of-the-line customer service and technical support.
Master Merchant
Valinso is a Master Merchant for its customers, regardless of the payment methods they choose to use. We take all the burden off our customers’ shoulders and give them everything they need to run and manage their cashless payments.
The Master Merchant service includes payment processing, acquiring, SIM card and data package. All weekly transactions are paid in full (no deductions) in a single remittance directly to the customer’s regular bank account, along with a detailed report. Our customers have full access to online information, anytime, anywhere, and they avoid the hassle of administrating countless transactions. Onboarding is short and simple. Monthly and transaction fees are invoiced separately.
Closed User Group (CUG)
This exclusive service provides payment and identification abilities to members of any group.
Valinso CUG is available in combination with open loop and other supported payment methods offered by Valinso, such as QR code, mobile and online payments. This is the perfect solution not only for payments, but also whenever user identification is required.
Valinso CUG supports payment by NFC cards or barcodes, whitelisting and blacklisting, value cards and employee identification. Multiple features, such as card validity period and number of allowed transactions can be set by the customer. A special variant of Valinso CUG is the coffee card that replaces traditional key switch used with coffee machines for dispensing free coffee.
ValinsoPay
ValinsoPay is a QR code-based payment solution that makes mobile payments possible at all kinds of machines. All online payment methods are supported and there is no need to download any app or to use a PIN code. ValinsoPay can be used with vending and pulse machines. When used with pulse machines, a product is selected and paid for using a mobile phone.
Pending vending machine support of MDB 4.3 protocol, user can purchase multiple products in a single transaction. Selecting the products and payment are both done with the user’s mobile phone, without touching the machine.
By scanning the QR code off the machine, the user is directed to an app-like website, where he makes a safe, secure payment. ValinsoPay is available also in combination with NFC payments and telemetry.
ValinsoDonate
ValinsoDonate makes it possible to collect money through any medium that can show or print a QR code. All online payment methods are supported, no hardware of any kind is required and there is no need to download any app or to use PIN code.
The organization collecting the funds can easily modify the donation goals and dates and customize a thank you message. A detailed report is provided for all transactions, so donations can be tax deductible. Multiple goals can be defined for each charity and a donation goals plan can be drawn up and scheduled overtime.
