As a Sales Operations Manager you will be part of our Sales & Financial Team, responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM sales related data. You will create reports for sales managers and for the financial team. You will manage all income orders and communication with customer’s operation point of contact.
As a key role in sales, you will monitor and ensure the use of consistent sales KPI definitions across company.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business and financial teams
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota to P.O conversion
- Maintain a dashboard with KPI’s for sales team, executives, and board
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
- Manage and check all received orders for compliance with company orders confirmation
- Maintain procurement and contract records
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations
- Detail’s orientation
- Matter expert with creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing and verbal English level – must
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications and email marketing strategies
- Experience with ZOHO – advantage
- Bachelor’s degree – advantage
